Why do I need representation?
You may need help due to complex forms, stressful process, disability, language barrier or other reasons. With representation your chance of success is better. We help from start to finish and update you on progress.
What is the time limit?
Normally one month from the date of the relevant decision. The time limit is extended if you request a statement of reasons initially. The absolute time limit is 13 months with justification.
What is a Submission?
This is a written statement to a Tribunal containing facts of your case established by evidence and we will help apply relevant law, setting out all the arguments for your case. This includes advice about the best evidence to use, tactics and any pitfalls.
What about my privacy and confidentiality?
Our service is confidential. We only use your data for the purpose of providing you advice and assistance directly associated with your enquiry and the services agreed with you. It will not be shared with third parties without your authority.
Will you need to travel to meet us?
Not necessarily. Our work is mainly done remotely and we provide regular case updates. We are also happy to meet you if required. Our times are flexible including evenings and weekends.
What are your charges?
We are committed to making justice accessible. Fixed payments for each piece of agreed work. Discount is available at our discretion.
